Mike Hubbell
Mike HubbellManaging Member
Founder Mike Hubbell has been an entrepreneur since 1997. His expertise is in home design, product distribution, and people allocation. He is well-versed in all areas of the construction field and has spent many years perfecting his trade. Mr. Hubbell’s background is in sales, marketing, and accounting. As Managing Member, it is his responsibility to plan out the future of the company, as well as to oversee the day-to-day operations.
Barry Smith
Barry SmithHome Sales
Barry oversees our real estate brokerage, Portland Realty Group, successfully listing and selling the company’s homes. With over 25 years in the construction industry, Barry has experience in commercial and residential construction, design, project management, and property appraisal. Now as a Realtor, Barry can use all he’s learned to help match a client up with their perfect home, and also guide the development team to make sure they are building the homes that today’s buyers really want.
Majid HabibiHome Designer
Educated in architecture and environmental design, Majid has 30 years of experience working on a wide range of projects, including residential single family, multi-famly, and commercial projects. His love of of classic architecture – like Craftsman and Old PDX homes – helps him design homes that have the warmth and character of an older home, but with the modern features that one expects.
Nick BuzikevichProduction Manager
Nick is responsible for overseeing all of our construction projects from concept to completion. He has worked with the company since 2007, previously as a valued construction project manager. He is tasked with following up with all project managers and subcontractors to ensure they are on-time and on-budget. He also negotiates with vendors to ensure that we get the best price possible, and is known for being detail-oriented.
Shawna SmithOperations Manager
With 17 years experience in the construction industry, Shawna joined the company in 2012 to facilitate project completion and make sure things run smoothly from start to finish. Whether ordering light fixtures, scheduling open house events, or coordinating change orders, Shawna helps ensure the quality of all our projects.
BonnieAccounting Manager
Bonnie has been with the company since 2011 and handles all accounting, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, as well as managing the financial records for each of our projects.
